General Conditions
- The hotel’s check-in time is 14:00 hrs and the checkout is 12:00 noon.
- Guests arriving before 14:00 hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available.
- Checkout after 12:00 noon and before 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the nightly room rate extended during the stay.
- Any checkout after 18:00 hrs will be charged as a one full night stay.
- During weekends and holidays of the winter season, check-in time is at 16:00 hrs.
- Standard Rooms have a limited view in lower floors.
- Deluxe Rooms have a normal view but do not oversee the slopes.
- Guests requesting a Refuge Slopes view will have to pay an additional One Hundred USD ($120) to the room rate and Two Hundred USD ($230) to the suite rate.
